FOUNDER & CEO
Dr. Calvin Ellison is an author, entrepreneur, community mobilizer, and marriage and men's advisor. He builds networks that partner with state agencies, colleges, universities, businesses, and the criminal justice system. He presents locally, nationally, and internationally on various community empowerment platforms.
PROGRAM DIRECTOR
Tod Rose is an entrepreneur, author, digital media specialist and mentor. He has a passion and commitment to uplifting his community by working with young people. He has previous experience as a youth counselor for the Boys & Girls Club of America and other youth organizations which he continuously draws upon to guide the Ryzer Generation program and its mentors.
